04SAVIA WELLNESS
Corporate wellbeing that arrives as a report, not as a photograph
Most corporate wellbeing programmes are evaluated with photographs of the session. This one is evaluated with a participation report per employee. It is included in the food-service contract, because the canteen is the only daily touchpoint your company has with its entire workforce.

A wellbeing programme you cannot measure cannot be defended in committee.
When the budget comes up for renewal, HR needs more than attendance at a session. It needs to know how many people participated, how often, and what changed. Without that figure, wellbeing is the first line finance cuts.

SCOPE
What's included
Most corporate wellbeing programmes are evaluated with photographs of the session. This one is evaluated with a participation report per employee. It is included in the food-service contract, because the canteen is the only daily touchpoint your company has with its entire workforce.

SIX PILLARS · FIFTEEN SERVICES
A wellbeing ecosystem, not a list of activities.
Nutrition is the entry point because it is the only thing that happens every day without summoning anyone. But a programme that actually changes something has to reach the body, the mind, health, learning and life outside the office — and reach them in month six exactly as in month one.
Mindful nutrition
The starting point, and the only one that happens every day without anyone having to be summoned.

01
Healthy Nutrition
Balanced menus built around your actual workforce, not around a standard menu. They are recalibrated with the monthly measurement, so month six is not month one.

02
Green Line
The plant-based, lighter option available every day within the service, with no advance request and no separate charge. It stops being a diet and becomes a choice.

03
Cooking with the Chef
Culinary sessions led by our executive chef. They teach habits people repeat at home, which is where the change is actually decided.
Physical and mental wellbeing
What sustains the energy and the emotional load of the team across the year.

04
Yoga and Active Breaks
Sessions at your own site, in whatever window the operation allows. An active break fits in fifteen minutes and does not require stopping the plant.

05
Personalised Training
Routines adapted to each person and to their real starting point, not one plan for the whole payroll.

06
Psychological Support
A confidential space for whoever needs it. The company sees aggregate participation and never who attended.
Medical care
What turns a wellbeing programme into actual prevention: knowing the condition your people arrive in, before a diagnosis arrives too late.

07
Medical Assessment
On-site initial screening to establish the health status of the team. It is the baseline without which no wellbeing programme can later claim it improved anything.

08
Health Prevention and Promotion
Campaigns addressing the risks the assessment found in your operation, not the ones in a generic leaflet.

09
Personalised Medical Guidance
Individual follow-up for anyone with a finding, until their own health provider takes over. The follow-up is what separates a programme from a one-off session.
Learning and development
Training the employee perceives as a personal gain, not as an obligation of the company.

10
Artificial Intelligence Training
Training in digital tools applied to daily work. It is the benefit younger employees value most today, and almost no wellbeing programme includes it.

11
Barista Workshop
Extraction, roast and preparation, with single-origin coffee. It ends in a concrete skill the person keeps.
Experiences and benefits
Moments people remember and benefits people actually use. It is what turns a programme into something they talk about.

12
Mixology Workshop
Cocktail sessions to celebrate and connect teams, with or without alcohol according to your company policy.

13
Caribbean Benefits Club
Benefits negotiated with hospitality, transport and experience partners in Cartagena, which the employee accesses directly.
Corporate events
The internal celebration resolved by the same operator that already knows your site and your people.

14
In-Office Celebrations
Birthdays, month-end closings and recognitions resolved inside your own premises, by the same team that already runs your canteen.

15
Bespoke Events
From the year-end gathering to the results awards: setup, menu, staff and schedule designed for your occasion.
All SAVIA Wellness services are subject to conditions, restrictions and availability depending on the scope, size and characteristics of each contract.
Health, nutrition and psychological support services are delivered by licensed professionals —physicians, dietitians and specialists— engaged for each contract under a professional services agreement, each holding a current professional licence.
WHAT THE PROGRAMME PURSUES
Four objectives, and what can honestly be attributed to each one.
Any wellbeing provider will promise you these four results. We also tell you which one can genuinely be measured and which cannot, because your ability to defend the budget next year depends on it.
- Healthier, more motivated teams
- Measured with the monthly satisfaction survey and with effective participation, not with attendance at a single session.
- Higher productivity and performance
- What the company can genuinely attribute is continuity: someone who eats well and on time does not lose forty minutes looking for somewhere to eat.
- Reduced absenteeism
- This is the objective of the programme, not a guarantee. The available evidence attributes most of the saving to chronic disease management rather than to lifestyle components — and we would rather say so before you find out.
- A stronger organisational culture
- The canteen is the only space where departments that otherwise never speak actually cross paths. It shows up in no indicator and everyone notices it.
FROM THE FIRST CALL TO THE FIRST SERVICE
How it works, in order.
Baseline at the start
We measure participation, preferences and dietary restrictions across your population before changing anything.
Menu cycle calibrated to it
The cycle is designed with nutritional support on top of that baseline, not on top of a generic menu.
Interventions at the point of consumption
Actions happen where your people already are, at the hour they are already there. That is the difference between a scheduled event and a habit.
Monthly participation report
Participation per employee, adherence to the cycle and the result of the satisfaction measurement. It is the document that sustains the renewal.

WHERE IT APPLIES
The sectors where we run this division.

Industry & shift work
In a plant, a late service is not an inconvenience. It disrupts the shift.

Companies & offices
The canteen is the one benefit your people assess every single day.

Clinics & hospitals
Here a diet is not a preference. It is a medical instruction.

Universities & schools
A compulsory cafeteria is a cafeteria nobody defends.

Hotels & hospitality
In high season the problem is not the menu. It is capacity.
BEFORE YOU CONTRACT
What buyers usually ask us.
Is SAVIA Wellness contracted separately from the canteen?
It is included in the food service contract, not as an additional line that gets invoiced. That is the reason it exists: the canteen is the only daily point of contact with the entire workforce, and a wellbeing programme that leans on it needs no attendance call.
Who delivers the medical and nutrition services?
Licensed professionals —physicians, dietitians and specialists— engaged for each contract under a professional services agreement, each holding a current professional licence. Health services are delivered by the professional who practises them, and the division page states so.
How do you measure whether the wellbeing programme achieved anything?
With a monthly participation report per employee, delivered within the first five business days of the month. It measures how many people used each service, not how many were invited. That is the difference between a wellbeing programme and a photograph of one.
