COMMERCIAL PARTNER PROGRAMME · CARTAGENA AND BOLÍVAR
You already have the relationship. We bring the kitchen, the contract and the risk.
If you already deal with companies on your own account — as a consultant, supplier, broker or independent sales rep — you can introduce one to us and earn a commission when that company pays us. No exclusivity, no targets, no employment relationship, and nothing to pay upfront.
THE WHOLE MECHANISM, IN FIVE STEPS
How it works, without the dressing.
The order matters: the account is registered before you approach it. That is what stops two people claiming the same company, and the only thing that makes a commission indisputable six months later.
You apply and we sign
If the profile fits, we sign a commercial brokerage agreement. It is a contract between independent parties: no employment relationship, no representation, no exclusivity.
Register the account before contacting it
You send us the company name and tax ID. Within 5 business days we tell you whether it is free or already in our commercial system. Before you approach it, not after.
The account is reserved for 90 days
Once confirmed, that company is yours for 90 days, renewable once if there is demonstrable activity. Nobody else can claim it in that window, and we do not work it around you either.
SAVIA quotes, negotiates and signs
You introduce, and sit in if you want. Pricing, technical proposal, contract and operation are ours. You do not negotiate terms or collect on our behalf — that protects you as much as it protects us.
You get paid when we get paid
The commission is settled on what the client actually paid, within 15 business days of the close of the month the money came in. And it repeats every month that client keeps paying, up to twelve.
ON CASH COLLECTED, BEFORE VAT
How and when it pays. The rate is agreed with you.
The percentage is not published, and not out of secrecy: it varies with the line, the size of the account and how far you carry the conversation. It is agreed directly with you, written into the schedule of your agreement, and told to you before you sign anything and before you register your first account. What is the same for everyone is below: how each line pays, what the percentage applies to, and when the right to be paid arises.
Events and catering
Paid once, on collection of the event
An event is billed with a 50% advance and closes fast: the commission settles in full the month after the money lands, with no trailing payments.
Daily food service — DAILY
Paid on first collection, plus a monthly residual for up to 12 months
Daily delivery without an on-site canteen. Short, recurring collection cycle, so the commission recurs too — and stops at twelve months, because past that the client stays for the service, not for whoever made the introduction.
Contract catering — operated canteen
Paid on first collection, plus a monthly residual for up to 12 months
The largest contract and the longest cycle: an operated canteen needs workwear, equipment, payroll and food months before the first payment lands. That is why we confirm capacity before quoting, and why the rate is discussed separately.
Wellness and complementary services
Paid once, on collection of the service
Corporate wellbeing, specialist staffing and logistics. Contracted per project and billed on delivery.
What the percentage applies to
- Invoiced value actually collected — not value invoiced.
- Before VAT, excluding rebilled transport, gratuities and third-party surcharges.
- Net of discounts: if the client negotiated 10% off, the commission applies to what is left.
- If the client cancels, returns or receives a credit note, that sale's commission is deducted from the next settlement.
What gets withheld, and who sets it
A commission is taxable income. On every payment we apply the withholding tax Colombian law sets for commissions: 10% for individuals who do not file an income tax return and 11% for filers and legal entities. It is not a SAVIA deduction — it is an advance on your own income tax, credited to you at filing time. Local business tax (ICA) may also apply depending on where you operate.
We say it here rather than in the fine print because it is the first unpleasant surprise in any commission scheme: people budget the gross and receive the net.
NOT NEGOTIATED CASE BY CASE
Six rules, written before there is money on the table.
Every commission scheme breaks in the same place: two people claim the same account, or someone bills for a client who never paid. These rules exist so that conversation never happens.
The registration date decides
If two partners register the same company, the first registration confirmed by us wins. Not whoever approached it first, not whoever had the better relationship: the date, because it is the only thing nobody can argue with.
Some accounts are not eligible
Companies already in our commercial system, with a proposal sent, or contacted in the last twelve months. We tell you within the 5 business days of registration, with the date of that earlier contact — not after you have worked the account.
No payment, no commission
Not a penalty: the commission comes out of money that came in. If the client pays late, the commission moves to the month they paid. If they never pay, it is never earned.
Never to whoever makes the buying decision
We do not pay commissions to employees, contractors or purchasing decision-makers at the introduced company, or to their immediate family. Paying the person who signs the purchase order inside the client is not a commission — it is private-sector bribery under Colombian criminal law. This is the one rule with no exceptions.
Personal data only with prior consent
You can always introduce a company. To hand us a named individual's details you need their prior authorisation, as Colombia's data protection law requires. On first contact we identify ourselves and say who referred us: nobody gets a call from us without knowing where their number came from.
Canteens: capacity is confirmed first
An operated canteen can always be introduced, but before we quote it we confirm we have the start-up capacity to run it properly. If we do not, the account is reserved for you for 180 days instead of 90, and we tell you when. We would rather ask you to wait than sign a contract we cannot sustain.
WHAT THIS PROGRAMME IS NOT
Five things we are not offering you.
It is not a job
No salary, no shifts, no manager, no benefits, no social security contributions from us. If that is what you are looking for, the page you want is Work with us — there we do hire, with a formal contract from the first shift.
It is not a commercial agency
You do not represent SAVIA, do not quote, do not sign, do not collect on our behalf and have no assigned territory. You introduce and connect. It is a brokerage agreement, and it is written that way on purpose.
There is no exclusivity
Neither on your side nor on ours. You can work with anyone, including other food service operators, and we keep selling direct.
There are no targets or minimums
If you introduce nothing in a year, you have breached nothing. Nobody will ask you for a weekly report or hand you a quota.
There is nothing to pay
No sign-up fee, no kit, no stock, no course. If a programme asks you for money upfront before letting you sell, that is not this one.
Those five points are not commercial modesty: they are what keeps this relationship inside brokerage under Colombian commercial law. A programme that also granted representation, an exclusive territory and binding targets would be a different legal figure — commercial agency — with different consequences on termination for both sides. We would rather you knew which one you signed.

THE PROFILE THAT CLOSES
This works if companies already take your call.
We are not looking for cold-call sellers. We are looking for people already sitting with management, HR or procurement for another reason, who can ask one more question.
Consultants and corporate advisers
Health and safety, HR, quality, payroll. Already sitting where staff wellbeing gets decided.
Suppliers who already sell to companies
Workwear, cleaning, maintenance, stationery, IT. Same buyer, different budget line, zero competition between you and us.
Corporate insurance brokers
They talk about occupational risk and absenteeism all day. Staff catering sits in the same conversation.
Event planners
Conventions, congresses and company celebrations. The events line pays the best commission and collects the fastest.
Independent sales reps
If you sell B2B in Cartagena or Bolívar and already have your contact base, this is one more revenue line on the same diary.
Industrial park and building managers
Free trade zones, industrial parks, corporate buildings. They know every company on site and who is unhappy about lunch.
APPLICATION
Tell us who you know.
Applying commits nobody. We read every application and answer every one — selected or not — and if it fits we send you the brokerage agreement and its commission schedule to review before you sign anything.
What weighs most in the decision is not sales experience: it is which companies you can reach, and why they would take your call.
