This notice summarises, briefly, how SAVIA LIVING S.A.S. processes the personal data of those who use savialiving.com. The full and detailed version is in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version of this document is the legally binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy. Read the Spanish version.
The essentials, in five points
- We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when you write to us.
- When you submit the form, your request is recorded in our customer relationship system and your WhatsApp or email client opens with the message drafted, so you decide whether to send it.
- We use your data to reply, to quote and, if we reach an agreement, to manage the contract. Nothing else.
- We neither sell nor transfer your data. The only third party with access is our CRM provider, which processes it on our behalf and cannot use it for its own purposes.
- You may ask us at any time to access, update, rectify or delete your data by writing to comercial@savialiving.com.

By sending us your data through the form, WhatsApp or email, you authorise its processing under SAVIA's Personal Data Processing Policy. That authorisation may be revoked at any time.
Your rights
As a data subject you may access, update and rectify your data, request evidence of the authorisation, be informed of the use made of it, revoke the authorisation, request deletion and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
