SAVIA

THE SAVIA SHIELD

A guarantee with no written consequence is an adjective.

Every supplier promises quality. Almost none writes down what happens on the day they fail to deliver it. Our guarantees go into the contract, each with its verification mechanism and its consequence — and the consequence has a ceiling, because a promise without a limit will not hold, and you deserve to know that before signing.

THE FOUR THAT REVERSE THE RISK

Four things you can require from us before committing.

They are not courtesies. Each one moves the burden of proof from your side of the table to ours, which is where it belongs when the supplier is the one asking for the opportunity.

B4

Assess SAVIA before you commit

We are not asking you to choose us blind. Before you contract, we walk you through our operating model, our quality and food-safety protocols, the service structure, the team accountable for it and the management indicators, so your company can judge exactly how we will work. And if you want to see how we perform in a real operation, start with a pilot.

Because trust is not built on promises. It is built by demonstrating results. Less risk for you. More accountability for SAVIA. You assess. We demonstrate.

B5

Free assessment with a written report

We survey your current operation and hand you a written report: how many services you actually need, in which windows, with what logistics, and what you are overpaying for today.

The report is yours even if you do not hire us. If you read it and decide to stay with your current provider, you will have gained an assessment nobody else gave you.

B1

30-day paid pilot with free exit

We start with a paid 30-day pilot you can exit without explanation and without penalty.

It answers the objection you actually have and that we are not going to pretend does not exist: until you see us operate, everything we tell you is a promise. Thirty days of live operation says more than any reference letter.

B6

No-penalty exit for the first 90 days

During the first ninety days of the contract you may terminate without cause and without penalty, with thirty days' notice.

The risk of trying a new supplier sits with us, not with you. It is why we can ask for an opportunity without asking for an act of faith.

HOW WE OPERATE

Eight commitments that are already in the contract.

These are in force and do not depend on anything being built first. The ones that do depend on it are not published here — they are delivered inside the proposal.

A9

A channel open 24 hours, every day of the year
Commercial response in under an hour during extended hours. Operational emergencies attended at any time, without exception.
A canteen emergency does not wait until Monday. No local competitor offers even this.

A10

One named person accountable for each service
Every service has an assigned lead, and you know who they are and how to reach them.
The operating promise across all five service lines is a single point of contact. Nobody is going to tell you to call another number.

A2

Any issue answered within 24 business hours
We commit to responding, with the date it came in and the date of first response both on record.
Note that we say respond, not resolve. Promising to resolve everything within 24 hours is a promise no honest operator can keep.

A11

A staffing contingency plan for every service
Each service has its written replacement plan before it starts.
We commit to having a plan, not to having an infinite bench. The difference matters on the day someone falls ill.

A12

Special diets designed into the menu cycle
Diabetic, hypertensive, coeliac and cultural restrictions. The specific conditions are agreed in each negotiation.
Your payroll does not eat the same way. A single menu forces half your people to go out for lunch.

A15

A tasting for the people who decide
A short tasting for the committee before signing. The full menu-cycle design comes afterwards.
Nobody should sign a food service contract without having tasted the food.

A16

Bilateral penalties, with express limits
The contract sets obligations for both parties. SAVIA assumes defined liability for its own breaches, with written limits of liability.
A supplier who accepts consequences without a ceiling will not be able to pay them. The written limit is what makes the guarantee credible.

D6

Staff formally employed from the first shift
Employment contract and full social security from day one, without exception and with no intermediate structures.
It is not a commercial argument: it is a legal requirement that a good part of this sector fails to meet, and your company inherits the joint liability when your supplier fails it.

The full Shield — each guarantee with its mechanism, its consequence and its limit of liability — is delivered inside the proposal, reviewed by our lawyer. We do not publish it on the web: a contractual clause is not read outside the contract that contains it.

TRANSPARENCY

What we are not going to promise you

A supplier who names their limits is the only one you can believe when they state their capabilities. These three things we will not tell you — and distrust anyone who does.

We are not going to ask you to take our food safety on faith.
Food safety and order are a pillar of how we operate, not a sales promise: the processes are designed on HACCP principles, with preventive controls, traceability and monitoring of critical points, and certification is on route. Before you contract, we walk you through the protocols, the records and the indicators the operation runs on. We will never declare a certificate we cannot put in front of you, and we recommend you ask for it from anyone who declares one.
We are not going to offer you the lowest price.
A canteen won on price is lost on quality six months later, and the cost of changing operator is paid by you in time, complaints and workplace climate. What we do instead is show you how the price is built, so you can compare proposals that today are not comparable.
We are not going to promise you that we will never fail.
We will fail at something, as every operation serving hundreds of covers a day does. What we promise is that you will hear it from us before you hear it from your people, and that it will be in the monthly report alongside what we did about it.

BEFORE YOU SIGN

Before you hire SAVIA, put us to the test.

A new service experience, backed by real experience.

We won't ask you to trust us on a reference list. We propose something more solid: check us yourself.

  • Review our operating model.
  • Read our quality and food-safety protocols.
  • Meet our team.
  • Verify our indicators.
30 days
To see how we perform before a long commitment, start with a 30-day pilot.
90 days
For the first 90 days you keep a no-penalty exit: trust is earned with results, not asked for up front.

We are not promising SAVIA is the best. We are giving you the chance to find out.

Less risk for you. More accountability for us.

SAVIA: what nourishes, transforms.

The best way to judge these commitments is to try using them.

Ask for the documentation. Ask for the assessment. Neither costs you anything, and both tell you more about us than this page does.
