Terms and conditions of use

These terms govern the use of savialiving.com. They do not govern the provision of food services, which is governed exclusively by the contract signed in each case.
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version of this document is the legally binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy. Read the Spanish version.
1. Scope of the information published
The information on this site is informative and commercial in nature. The descriptions of services, capabilities and commitments appearing here do not in themselves constitute a binding commercial offer under article 845 of the Colombian Commercial Code.
The binding conditions of any service — scope, price, service levels, guarantees, consequences of breach and liability limits — are exclusively those set out in the accepted proposal and in the contract signed between the parties.
2. Reference and illustrative content
Some sections of the site include illustrative examples, visibly labelled as such, whose purpose is to show the format of a deliverable. Those examples do not correspond to real SAVIA clients or to executed operations, and the page says so.
The Resource Centre guides are informative and do not constitute legal, tax, sanitary or nutritional advice. We recommend validating each subject with the competent function in your organisation.
3. Figures and sources
Third-party figures published on this site are accompanied by their source and, where one exists, the sample size of the corresponding study. Tax figures are published with their year of application visible, since they depend on the UVT value, which is updated annually.
4. Intellectual property
The SAVIA trademark, the logo, the tagline «Lo que alimenta, transforma», and the texts, photography and audiovisual material on this site are the property of SAVIA LIVING S.A.S. or are used with authorisation.
Quoting extracts from the Resource Centre guides is permitted with attribution and a link to the source. Full reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not authorised.
5. Site availability
SAVIA endeavours to keep the site available and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. It may modify, suspend or withdraw content at any time.
6. Links to third-party sites
The site contains links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. SAVIA does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability or data policies.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be submitted to the competent courts of Cartagena de Indias.
