The event that happens inside your company

Internal conventions, committee coffee breaks, year-end gatherings, training sessions and launches. We specialise in mid-scale corporate events held at the client's own premises, and we do not compete for large-format convention-centre work — that ground has an owner and pretending otherwise would not serve you.

At a corporate event the risk is not the food. It is the exposure.

Whoever books an internal event puts their judgement in front of the entire organisation. A daily lunch that goes wrong is corrected tomorrow; an event that goes wrong is discussed for a year. What matters here is not the proposed menu — it is the verification done 48 hours before.

FROM THE FIRST CALL TO THE FIRST SERVICE

How it works, in order.

  1. Briefing and quotation within 24 business hours

Date, headcount, format and restrictions. The quotation goes out within 24 business hours at most, with the scope in writing.

  2. Setup design

Tableware, furniture, layout, service staff and a minute-by-minute schedule for the day.

  3. Verification 48 hours before

We check operation, logistics, staff, setup and schedule against what was contracted, and hand you the signed list. That is the No Surprises guarantee.

  4. Execution with a named lead on site

One person, by name, present throughout the event, so that you do not have to coordinate anything.

BEFORE YOU CONTRACT

What buyers usually ask us.

How long does it take to receive a quotation for an event?

Within 24 business hours of the briefing at most. The quotation arrives with the proposed setup, not just a price per head: what is served, how it is laid out, how many service staff attend and who is the named lead on site on the day.

There are two more milestones before the event: the setup design, agreed in writing, and a verification 48 hours before to confirm final numbers, access and timings. An event confirmed on the same day almost always fails on logistics, not on food.

The process of an event

Do you run events outside the company's own premises?

SAVIA EVENTS specialises in the mid-scale corporate event that happens inside the client's premises: internal conventions, committee coffee breaks, year-end closings, training sessions and launches. We do not compete for large-format institutional events at convention centres.

Saying it up front saves both sides time. If your event is large-format at a convention centre, there are operators specialised in that and they will serve you better.

What kind of events we run

How much does a corporate event cost?

By quotation, and it depends on three things that move the price more than the menu does: number of attendees, whether the setup requires our own tableware and furniture, and how many service staff the format needs. A coffee break for twenty and a banquet for two hundred do not share a cost structure.
