What we will publish on this blog, and what we will not

The rules this blog is written under: no invented clients, no figures without a source, and no certifications we have not earned.

By SAVIA Team

We are opening this space with the rules first, not last. A food services company's blog can be one of two very different things: a place that publishes what helps you decide, or a place that publishes what helps us sell. From the outside they look much alike, and the only way for you to know which one you are reading is for the rule to be written before the text is.

What you will not find here

Clients, case studies or testimonials that do not exist. SAVIA LIVING SAS was incorporated on 24 July 2026. We are a young company and we are not going to disguise that with borrowed logos or nameless success stories. When there is a real case, with a client who agrees to it being told, it will be told with their name on it.

Figures without provenance. If a percentage, a cost or an average appears in an article, it will say where it comes from and what year it is from. It is the same rule that governs the rest of this site: every published figure carries its source beside it, and if it has none, it is not published.

Certifications we do not hold yet. Food safety is the backbone of the service, which is precisely why we do not overstate it: where there is a programme under way we call it a programme, and where a certificate has been issued we say so and it can be requested.

What you will

Criteria for buying this service better, even if you do not buy it from us. We already publish seven guides built on that idea — how to choose a canteen operator, what to require on food safety, how cost per meal is calculated — and this blog continues them: shorter pieces, more often, about what actually comes up in day-to-day operations.

Company news too, when there genuinely is some. A site opening, a certification obtained, a change in the team. There is no obligation to publish every week, and we would rather stay quiet than pad.

Who writes it

Articles are signed by the SAVIA team. What is published here goes through the same review as the rest of the site before it goes out: nobody publishes alone.

The same criteria, applied to your operation.
